With regards to Allergies:
We are a small-batch operation that use wheat flour, cane sugar, real butter, fresh whole eggs, various forms of chocolate, various types of nuts, and dairy within the same facility.
What is the average shelf life of your cookies?
Please consider our products perishable due to our use of fresh, AA grade butter (locally made in Clackamas, Oregon). To truly appreciate your Cookie Crush products, we suggest the following guidelines:
1. Best if consumed at once.
2. Cookies will survive at room temperature for several days if kept in an airtight container.
3. If you choose to ration the cookies for longer than a week, please freeze in an airtight container, preferably freezer safe. This act of "stashing away for later consumption" should be no longer than 3 weeks.
4. Please thaw frozen cookies before serving.
5. Feel free to nuke one or two cookies at a time on high power for about 10 to 15 seconds. Time is dependent on your taste.
6. Heating the cookies on a cookie sheet for 2 to 3 minutes in a conventional oven at 300-degrees is okay too. Time may vary with your oven. A longer time will yield crisper cookies.

Can I recycle the bags that my cookies are packaged in?
Yes, we encourage you to do so. The cellophane bags are made from wood cellulose fibers sourced with sustainable forestry principles. They are certified biodegradable, compostable, and made from carbon zero practices. They meet US standard ASTM D6400 and European standard EN13432 of biodegradability.
If I can't pick-up my order at the specified days and time frame, what do I need to do?
Please email us at cookie.crush.ll@gmail.com or use the Contact Us form to set up a day and time. We will work something out with you. But the reason we've set up Sundays and Mondays as pick-up days is so that you receive a fresh product.
